After repeated comparison and demonstration, in January 2011, Zhongguan iron mine approved the water source heat pump project, completely eliminating the traditional boiler and central air conditioning. The project includes 1 heat pump room, 1 reservoir, 10 vortex heat pump units and supporting water pumps, water treatment equipment, pipelines and other auxiliary facilities. After the completion of the project, compared with the traditional boiler and air conditioning system, when Huang Rongxun brings this advanced technological achievement to the manufacturing enterprises in Dongguan, the operating cost is about 4.327 million yuan, the annual coal consumption is about 10176 tons, and the emissions of CO2 and SO2 are greatly reduced

this project is in line with China's policy of environmental protection and energy conservation, and will become the first demonstration project in China to apply heat pump technology in metallurgical mines to solve the problems of heating in winter, antifreeze at the wellhead, hot water for bathing and refrigeration and air conditioning in summer
