Tianjin Jianda rubber (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. decided to invest US $90million to build a new radial wheel with an annual output of 6.4 million cars and 700 tons of tires in the starting area of Tianyu science and Technology Park, Jinghai County, Tianjin. The new project is planned to start construction in October 2011 and be completed and put into operation in June 2013
