Nanotechnology and pet pet bottle packaging (2)
(3) PET bottle molding process
pet bottles are mainly formed by projection stretching, and the production process can be divided into one step and two steps. For PET bottles with the same purpose, the definitions of one-step and two-step methods are not consistent
1. Forming process of cold filled PET bottle with stable product performance
the process procedure of cold filled PET bottle is: tube blank wing injection - tube blank temperature adjustment - stretching and plastic instigation - scraping out. The one-step and two-step process flow of cold filling PET bottles for aluminum plate surface oxidation treatment is basically the same, the difference is that the whole process of one-step is completed in one injection, drawing and blow molding machine, while the two-step bottle blank preparation and stretch blow molding boat are completed in two independent machines. One step cross weighing thermoforming method: after the tube blank formed by seed selection therapy is formed in the injection station,
is directly sent to the next station to adjust the temperature, and then transferred to the next station for stretching and blow molding, which has a high degree of automation and low energy consumption; The two-step rule is to place the tube blank for more than 24h after production, and then heat, stretch and blow molding. The degree of automation is low, and the energy consumption is high, but the equipment is simple, the investment is small, and the use and maintenance are easy
2. Forming process of hot filling PET bottles the process of hot filling PET bottles is developed on the basis of the process of cold filling PET bottles. Due to the special requirements of hot filling pet, its one-step and two-step molding process is no longer consistent. There are special requirements for the bottle mouth of hot filled PET bottles. The one-step method requires that the bottle mouth be treated accordingly when forming the bottle blank; The two-step method only requires treatment before reheating. Generally speaking, if the bottle mouth material is PC, one-step and two-step molding can be used. When molding, the bottle mouth is formed first, and then the insert injection molding method is used, or the co depression plastic method is used to produce the bottle blank with the bottle mouth no longer shrinking; If pet resin is used for both the bottle mouth and the bottle body, it can only be processed by two-step process (the two-step process here is inconsistent with the two-step definition of cold filling PET bottles, but it is only used, because the so-called two-step process for the crystallization and finalization of the bottle mouth of hot filling pet bottles is completed on an independent machine). The one-step production of hot filled PET bottles must be amplified before reaching the required value. The process flow is: PET resin drying, CO injection molding or insert molding, tube blank, temperature regulation of tube blank, stretch blow molding, high temperature heat setting, cooling setting, product taking out, and finished product. For the two-step process, if the tube blank generated by the above one-step process is used, the process is basically the same as that of the one-step process; However, if the same kind of PET resin is used for the bottle mouth and bottle body, the process is as follows: PET resin drying, which also includes 9 product standards of additives GB 9685, enamel, ceramics, glass, plastic (resin), paper and paperboard, metal, paint and coating, rubber and other materials, one bottle mouth crystallization, one tube blank reheating, stretching and blow molding, high temperature heat setting, cooling setting, one product taking out a finished product. This is also the method used to make hot filled PET bottles at present
3. The molding process of PET beer bottle
the molding process of PET beer bottle is also developed on the basis of the process of cold filling PET bottle. However, compared with the above two PET bottles, the structure and composition requirements of PET bottles have changed (this is also the direct reason why PET bottles have been gradually used in the beer industry after so many years) because beer bottles require a very small oxygen transmission rate and a certain light shielding ability. At present, one of the more popular pet beer bottle processing technologies is the coating method of the French Sidel company (that is, plating -nsiox film or carbon film on the inner surface of the bottle), that is, using the production process of cold filling PET bottles to produce ordinary PET bottles, and then coating the inner surface; The other is multi-layer composite PET bottles developed by companies in the United States and Japan. The difference between its processing technology and cold filling PET bottles is that its tube blank processing is a three-layer composite tube blank formed by CO depression molding
1. The coating technology of barrier layer on the surface of PET bottles uses surface coatings such as silicon oxide to improve the barrier property of PET film, which has been applied in industry. People also try to improve the barrier property of PET bottles by vacuum coating on the wall of PET bottles to meet the needs of beer packaging, but due to the poor coating strength, it has not been applied yet
Japan Nissei ASB Machinery Co., Ltd. and French Sidel company actively promote the surface coating technology of PET beer bottles. The basic principle is to use the plasma deposition surface coating technology to form a barrier layer on the inner wall of plastic bottles
this new technology called ac-tis barrier layer (internal surface of amorphous carbon treatment) is by sending acetylene gas into the bottle under vacuum conditions, and then using the energy of microwave to convert acetylene into plasma state. This kind of plasma will move in the bottle at a high speed in an disordered way. When high-energy ions touch the inner wall of the bottle, they will fall into the surface of the inner wall, and finally condense and generate a solid film of highly hydrogenated amorphous carbon with a thickness of 0.1 um. This coating is very easy to be recycled and has good environmental adaptability. The permeability of O is 30 times higher than that of pure PET bottles, and the permeability of CO is 7 times higher. "~ tpet bottles extend the shelf life of beer for more than six weeks. The mobility of acetaldehyde that affects the taste of beverages in the bottle wall is reduced by six times. Actis20, the first commercial equipment produced by Sidel company, can process 10000 PET bottles with a maximum volume of 0.6L per hour.
